First, let me thank you for your membership in our Unlimited Club Program.
We appreciate your business and we look forward to the day when we can continue to provide you service.
We have been instructed that we must shut down our operations effective Monday, March 23rd, at 8pm until further notice as required by the Governor of Connecticut to help stem the spread of COVID 19 virus. We plan to resume operations as soon as we are allowed.
In the meantime, beginning today, we will not charge any card for the monthly fee during our shut-down. We will resume the charge once we have reopened. If you have any questions regarding your account, please call our service line – 203-324-5400 extension 1. There will be people there to assist you.
We know that we will get through these times by working together and we look forward to serving you again soon! We’ll let you know as soon as we’re able to reopen.
